Belmont Place Kitchen Remodel

BEFORE/AFTER --> If a mid-century vibe is your style, look no further. Striking black accents on the hood, wall cabinets, oversized pendant lighting and island hardware provide a dramatic contrast to white cabinetry and rustic wood finishes. Stunning quartz countertops and full height backsplashes with subtle warm grey veining compliment the color palate. A larger island improves the functionality of the kitchen and creates the illusion of a larger space.

BEFORE/AFTER --> Our clients requested a crisp, clean new look for their aging kitchen. We kept the original layout but created the illusion of greater height by extending the KraftMaid Cabinetry to the ceiling. Light gray and white tones predominate, accented by a black island, stainless steel appliances and blonde wood floors.  Functional and beautiful – the hallmark of Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling.

BEFORE/AFTER --> An open floor plan, a more practical center island and updated cabinets were our client’s main objectives in this kitchen remodel. The wider and taller opening from the kitchen to the hallway creates a sense of spaciousness and links the kitchen to the adjoining living areas. The larger single level island provides more food prep space and seating for 4. Simple white-painted Shaker style cabinets are complimented by quartz countertops and honed marble subway tile, which has been set in a herringbone pattern behind the cooktop and hood. Contrasting stainless steel penny tiles accent the adjoining beverage center. Designed by Tom Quinn.

Old Town Design Group Project

This new home built by Old Town Design Group features cabinetry by Chateau Kitchens and Home Remodeling. Chateau Elite custom cabinetry reaching to 10 feet accentuates the 12-foot ceiling heights in the kitchen and adjoining butler’s pantry. Contrasting paint finishes on the perimeter and island cabinets, hand glazed terra cotta Moroccan tile and a custom metallic finish on the hood combine to create a warm, elegant ambiance. The master bathroom features Chateau Elite custom cabinetry with specialty drawers to accommodate small appliances and a charging station.

BEFORE/AFTER --> We love repeat customers! After completing an extensive kitchen and guest bath remodel, this customer asked us to update their master bathroom. We created a more spacious feeling by replacing the garden tub with a sleek free-standing tub, and added a window from the bath into the shower area to provide more light. The curb-less entry shower features tile walls set in a herringbone pattern and a full width niche. Black painted oak cabinetry, a wood grained porcelain tile floor, and matte black faucets all contribute to a more modern ambiance with rustic overtones. Designed by Victoria Pelly.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I expressed my wishes of having a clean, natural interior aesthetic and they truly delivered – the natural light in my newly designed home is to die for.
